THE HOLY SPIRIT



The Holy Spirit is the third in the God-Head known as trinity. It is mostly refer to as a feeling, fire, or bird. The fact is that the Holy Spirit is a being with feelings. Yea, with feelings it has the ability to be grieved,   no wonder the book of Ephesians 4:29 says we should not grieve the Holy Spirit and only a being can be grieved.
Since when I read an article on the Holy Spirit Have concluded on using a formula called

HELPER +
STRE +
STAND +
INTER +
ADVO +                                                                                                                                  
∑ =HOLY spirit
All these are acronyms shorten from the qualities of the holy spirit
1.       He is the comforter.
2.       He is the counselor.
3.       He is our helper when we are deprived and when we are not in need.
4.       He strengthens us spiritually, physically. Believe shows that people who lack the spirit are prone to being unhealthy.
5.       He serves as a stand-by.
6.       He intercedes for us always.
7.       HE’s our ADVOCATE.
If you can notice the use of the personal pronoun ‘HE’ was what I use to refer to the spirit, this is because he is a person remember only a person can feel, speak. Yes speak see John 14:26, 16:13. Corinthians 2:9-10.

I was out to purchase recharge cards last night only to hear very tiny weeny children, gathered near where I stood, talking about Big Brother Africa. The oldest amongst these kids would be 13yrs old, coz I know one of them who said he is in Jss2. Long story cut short, these kids were discussing who the next person to be evicted should be; what happened during which episode, who the love team of who and who should be; who was bathing where and the lewd-pictures they saw on the internet. I have never watched an episode of any BBA. Why? coz all that I’ve heard about it till-date doesn’t agree with the moral values I grew up with and wish to keep.
